1. Base Camp - Awakening and prep
Dive deep into self awareness, assess where you are at physically, identify mental and emotional blocks, prepare the body with a solid strength foundation- mobility, strength, injury prevention and more
2. Peak your performance - Training and Strengthening
Build endurance, strength, and flexibility and your running through intensive training
Combine physical conditioning and mental training to prepare for the challenge ahead
3. Ascend the Mountain- Immersion and Play
Put everything into practice in a real world adventure. This is your moment to test your limits, play in what you have created and celebrate your strength and resilience
4. Integrate and transform- Sustaining your personal Peak
Take the lessons from the adventure and apply to your daily life.
