Pack your sense of adventure and your hiking boots—we’re heading into the heart of the Dolomites!

🏔️ Mountain Grading System

Fitness Level

🏔️ = Easy (Short/moderate hike, low elevation gain)

🏔️🏔️ = Moderate (Longer distance or steady climb)

🏔️🏔️🏔️ = Challenging (Full-day hike, Quite Steep in sections, high elevation gain)

Technical Level

🏔️ = Basic (Good trails, minimal exposure)

🏔️🏔️ = Moderate (Some rocky, uneven, or steep sections)

🏔️🏔️🏔️ = Technical (Scrambling, exposure, Via Ferrata or peak terrain)

📍 DAY 1 – July 12: Innsbruck → Passo Sella

8:00 AM • Meet in Innsbruck (Markthalle)
⏱️ ~1h40 drive → check into rooms
11:00 AM • Adventure Kick‑Off in the Yoga Room + snacks
Hike | Passo Sella Yak Shak Loop — 6 km, 284 m⬆⬇ 2 hrs (moderate)
4:00 PM • Alpine Intentions Flow
Pre‑dinner spa chill
Aperitif 6:30 PM • Dinner 7:00 PM Fitness -🏔️ Technical 🏔️

DAY 2 – July 13: Langkofel 3 Hut Tour- A hikers FAV!

7:30 AM • Hiker’s Flow Yoga
8:30 • Breakfast → 10:00 start hike
Loop via Tonid Demetz & Langkofel huts — 10.5 km, 719 m⬆⬇ 4.5 hrs + hut stop; optional cable car descent (€16 one-way)
4:00 PM • Hiker’s stretch or spa reset
Aperitif pow wow - 18:30 7:00 PM • Dinner

🗻 DAY 3 – July 14: Vallunga → Crespeina Lake → Gardena Pass

8:45 AM • Depart from Wolkenstein
• Option 1: 9.3  km, 1 100 m⬆ 579⬇ 5 -6hrs to Grödner Joch
• Option 2: Full Loop 5km longer
5:30 PM • “Mountain Flow” yoga (or spa alternative)
7:00 PM • Aperitif → 7:30 PM dinner

🌿 DAY 4 – July 15: Play Day!

8:00 AM “Own Your Power” Yoga
9:00 Breakfast

Choose your adventure:

  • Chill day

  • Via ferrata (guide arranged) Fitness -🏔️🏔️ Technical 🏔️🏔️

  • Paragliding

  • Hotel-area hike/run

  • Massage

    7:00 PM • Aperitif → 7:30 PM dinner

⛰️ DAY 5 – July 16: Seceda Ridgeline Loop

7:00 AM • “Heart‑Opening” Flow Yoga
8:00 • Breakfast → 9:00 depart

  • Route: Start at Col Raiser gondola station (Sant Cristina), then full ridge loop back

  • Distance: ~12 km circular to mid station Gondola (more if you decide to walk all the way)

  • Elevation gain/loss: ~1000m⬆500 m ⬇

    • Duration: ~6 hrs total
      7PM • Aperitif → 7:30 PM din

      🏞️ DAY 6 – July 17: Sassolungo

      Panorama Loop - 5 Huts

7:30 AM • “Somatic Mountain Flow” yoga
8:30 • Breakfast
9:30 take off
Hike: 16 km loop 800m⬆, 800m ⬇ → 6 hours back by 4:00 PM
4:00 PM • Pure-hiker stretch or spa
7:00 PM • Dinner

DAY 7 – July 18: Piz Boè Summit (3 152 m!)

7:00 AM • Breakfast
8:00 • Transfer to Passo Pordoi trailhead
Hike: ~7.5 km, 1 130 m⬆ 430 ⬇ 4-5  hrs up-and-down
Gondola descent (€13)
Late afternoon: “Trail‑blazing Free Flow” yoga—30 min
7:30 PM • Celebration Dinner & party!

🌅 DAY 8 – July 19: Closing

8:00 AM • “Mountain Bliss” yoga
10:30 AM • Transfer back to Innsbruck
An adventure story has been written… let’s close the book in style.

✨ Notes

  • Terrain varies from moderate walks to summit climbs— well worn in Hiking shoes are a must and poles recommended.

  • Daily yoga, spa sessions, and optional massage ( to be booked)

  • Huts offer local cuisine- always have option for snacks/ light lunch/ drinks during hikes

  • cable car passes and wine tastings are extra.

  • Drinks, lunches, snacks to be covered by you

  • Distances and elevation are approximate—adaptable to weather and group ability
