Conclusion of Contract
By registering for a tour—whether in writing, verbally, or by phone—you, as a participant, offer to conclude an adventure contract with the Organizer. This registration is binding.
The registration covers you and all other participants you are registering. You are responsible for the contractual obligations of all listed participants.
By registering, you accept these terms and conditions.
The contract is considered concluded upon written confirmation by email from the Organizer.

Once your registration is confirmed, a deposit is due within one week to secure your place.
Deposit: 30% of the total price for 1–2 day tours
Final Payment: Remaining 70% is due 60 days before departure
Failure to pay the deposit on time will result in cancellation of your place.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We charge cancellation fees to cover costs we cannot recover, even in cases of illness, injury, or emergencies. These reflect reservation handling and planning expenses. No refunds are given for unused trip portions, late arrivals, or early departures.
Refund Schedule:
90+ days before departure: $100 per person
90–61 days: Full deposit forfeited
60–30 days: 50% of the total trip fee
29 days or less: No refund

The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
Transfers:
Travel fees may be transferred to another person if deemed physically fit by the Organizer.
Cancellation Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation/interruption insurance to protect your investment against medical emergencies, delays, lost luggage, or unforeseen events.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel due to COVID-19 regulations, border restrictions, or personal infection, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the date.
If you begin a trip but must return early due to COVID-related issues, you’ll be reimbursed for unused days.
All other cancellations are subject to the standard policy above.
Cancellation by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or interrupt a trip due to:
Weather
Safety concerns
Government orders
Strikes, war, epidemics, or natural disasters
If the minimum number of participants is not met 1 week before the trip, the Organizer may cancel.
In case of cancellation:
All payments, including non-refundable deposits, will be refunded
An alternative date may be offered (if possible)
No additional compensation is owed to participants
The Organizer is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellation (e.g., travel, accommodation, vacation days).
Participants are responsible for providing up-to-date contact details.
Departure
Participants must be present at the agreed time and location. Failure to do so forfeits your right to a refund.
The Organizer is not responsible for missed trips due to flight delays or cancellations.
Services
The type and scope of services are based on the advertised tour description.
While we strive to accurately describe all offerings, event schedules may change due to weather or group dynamics.
Details like start times and durations are estimates and non-binding. Alternative routes may be taken if needed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Features of the Tours
Hikes range from 3 to 9 hours, on terrain from easy trails to steep, rocky climbs.
You must wear well-worn hiking shoes suitable for high alpine terrain. A second pair of shoes for lighter hikes is recommended.
Risks
Outdoor adventure involves inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.
You should consult a doctor if unsure about your fitness level.
All participants are expected to complete the full hikes unless illness or injury occurs. If unable to finish, you are responsible for your own transportation and costs (e.g., taxi, train, cable car).
On yoga walking tours based at a single location, it’s fine to opt out of a day’s activities.
Liability
The Organizer is responsible for proper planning and execution.
However, they are not liable for:
Injuries due to ignored instructions
Actions of other participants or third parties
The hiking guide may change the itinerary to ensure safety (e.g., due to weather or group capability).
Outdoor events are weather-dependent. In the case of weather-related cancellation, no compensation will be paid for travel or related expenses.
Bringing Dogs
Bringing your dog is only allowed with prior approval.
General Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The same applies in cases of unaddressed matters.
