Overview
DOLOMITI SOUL SUMMIT
Dolomiti Soul Summit invites you on an unforgettable journey into the wild heart of the Italian Dolomites — a private alpine adventure combining a spectacular hut-to-hut journey with the comfort, incredible food and mountain luxury of Passo Sella.
Our adventure begins on foot, carrying what we need and sleeping high in traditional mountain refuges as we travel through dramatic limestone landscapes and hike spectacular sections of the legendary Alta Via 2. We'll cross high mountain passes, hike past the turquoise waters of Lago di Crespeina, stand on the summit of Piz Boè at 3,152 metres, and follow panoramic trails overlooking the mighty Marmolada.
Then we change gears.
After three nights in the huts, we arrive at our beautiful four-star mountain hotel at Passo Sella, where hot showers, five-course dinners, sauna, spa and a proper bed and spacious rooms are waiting.
With lighter packs, we'll spend the final days exploring the magnificent Sassolungo and Sassopiatto mountains directly from our doorstep — from the surreal boulders of the Stone City to beautiful mountain huts, sweeping alpine trails and one final unforgettable mountain adventure.
And this journey isn't only about how far we can hike.
Throughout the week, we'll weave in yoga, mobility, breathwork and recovery — creating space to slow down, reconnect with our bodies and actually take in where we are. Our final day brings adventure together with restoration: mountains, beautiful food, sauna, breathwork and a little well-earned pampering.
Dolomiti Soul Summit is the best of both worlds.
Wild mountain mornings and spa afternoons.
Backpacks and bathrobes.
Mountain huts and five-course dinners.
Big summits and deep breaths.
More than a hiking holiday, this is an opportunity to step away from everyday life and spend six extraordinary days completely immersed in the Dolomites — challenging yourself, laughing, connecting, breathing, recovering and experiencing these mountains from the inside rather than simply looking at them.
Return home with tired legs, a full heart, unforgettable memories and the feeling that comes from having truly lived in the mountains.
Freedom in your body. Fire in your soul.

-
The mountains have a way of changing us.
Not because we're trying to fix ourselves, but because they invite us to slow down, breathe deeper, move with intention, and remember what really matters.
Over 6 unforgettable days, you'll climb mountain passes, wander through rolling trails, laugh until your cheeks hurt, and experience the kind of connection—to nature, to others, and to yourself—that so often gets lost in everyday life.
You may come for the hiking, but don't be surprised if you leave with something far greater than photos and summit memories.

Whether you're simply preparing for an unforgettable hiking adventure or you feel ready to explore something deeper, there will be a level designed for you.
Many of the people I work with have spent years carrying an invisible backpack filled with responsibility, pressure, old stories, and the habit of always being the one who keeps going. The mountains offer a unique opportunity to set some of that weight down.
Through intentional training, breath, movement, coaching, and time in nature, you'll prepare not only for the trails ahead, but for a lighter, freer, more grounded way of moving through life.
More details about the Mountain Summit Project will be shared this fall.
