Blood Memory is a powerful breathwork experience exploring inherited conditioning, ancestral patterns, and the emotional burdens we sometimes carry through generations.

Through progressive breathwork activation, targeted breath holds, and symbolic maternal, paternal, and full ancestral lineage release practices, participants are invited to explore limiting beliefs, unresolved family burdens, and survival patterns that no longer serve them.

This journey creates space to question the stories and expectations we’ve inherited and reconnect with who we are beneath them.
