This week’s Journey: Releasing Guilt and Shame

Releasing Guilt & Shame is a deeply supportive breathwork journey designed to help you let go of the emotional weight of self-judgment and past regrets. Through guided breath, immersive soundscapes, and gentle somatic release, you’ll create space for self-compassion, forgiveness, and inner peace. This experience helps you shed old emotional layers so you can reconnect with your true self—feeling lighter, freer, and more at ease within.This is breathwork for transformation: releasing stress, clearing emotional weight, and reconnecting to your strength, clarity and inner calm.

This is a deeply supportive space where you can breathe, feel, release, and come home to yourself.

What to expect

  • grounding + intention setting

  • guided breathwork journey with music

  • somatic cues + coaching throughout

  • integration + closing

What you need

  • quiet uninterrupted space (90 minutes)

  • yoga mat / blanket

  • pillow / eye mask (recommended)

  • water + tissues

  • headphones or speaker for music (best experience)

  • optional journal for after


How to Join

  • Please ensure you are not driving and will not be interrupted during the session

  • Breathwork is intense and can be emotional — honour your body and opt out at any time

  • Participation requires a signed waiver
