Power Yoga Sculpt is your weekly anchor class inside the Mountain Body Method — designed to help you feel strong, energized, mobile and confident in your body.

This is not “gentle yoga.” It’s an athletic blend of:

  • strength + sculpt (weights/resistance)

  • functional core training

  • mobility + flexibility

  • powerful flow + sweat + reset

You’ll finish feeling:
✅ more alive
✅ more open and strong
✅ more grounded and confident

Live on Zoom + recording always included (even if you can’t attend live).


What You’ll Need:

  • Yoga mat

  • Light to medium dumbbells (recommended)

  • Water + towel

  • Optional: mini band
