Duration: 120 minutes

Rewire Your Inner Blueprint
Subconscious Mind Reprogramming + Breath Mastery

This immersive session combines a powerful 9D Breathwork journey with practical breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and strengthen your relationship with the breath.

Through guided breathwork, visualization, and immersive sound, the Subconscious Mind Reprogramming journey helps uncover hidden thought patterns and release limiting mental scripts that quietly shape our lives. As the mind enters a deeply receptive state, new, empowering beliefs can begin to take root.

Following the journey, we shift into practical breath training, including CO₂ tolerance and breath-hold exercises. These techniques help regulate the nervous system, improve resilience to stress, and build a deeper sense of calm, focus, and control over the breath.

Together, this experience supports both inner transformation and practical integration—helping you reset your mental patterns while learning tools you can use anytime to return to clarity, presence, and balance.
