This class fuses Mobility, Primal Movement, and Core Integration for functional strength and injury prevention. It’s designed for athletes and active humans — especially endurance athletes — who want to keep their bodies mobile, strong, and pain-free through winter.

Expect a balance of flow, strength, and mindful awareness — building a body that moves with power and ease.
