Midweek, we drop into a grounding and revitalizing Power Yoga practice infused with somatic awareness. Through movement and breath, you’ll reconnect with your body’s intelligence, release stress, and awaken your wild calm.

This class is perfect for those seeking balance — power and peace, strength and softness, structure and flow.
