This is a high-energy, strength + conditioning workout designed to make you feel:

dumbbell strength training
bodyweight conditioning
athletic intervals (HIIT)
functional core work
sweaty, fun vibes + options for all levels
Live on Zoom + recording always included (even if you can’t attend live).

Fitness mat
Dumbbells (light/medium/heavy if possible)
Water + towel
Optional: mini band
Supportive training shoes (optional)
