Nope! Move Wild is for every body. Classes are designed so you can show up where you are, with modifications for any level. You don’t have to be an athlete — you just need to show up ready to move, have fun, and feel alive.

Depends on the program:
Outdoor Bootcamp → fresh air, alpine landscapes, and nature playgrounds (Hoch Imst Outdoor Training Area & HTL Sports Area [near Billa Plus, Mitterweg])
Mama Fit → outdoors, connecting with nature and community (Mils bei IMST & Mötz)
Yoga & Mobility → Innsbruck, Silz in the Wild Sol Studio or online
Personal Training → wherever works best for you: indoors or outdoors in Tirol or even online

Just yourself and clothes you can move in! For outdoor sessions, layers for the weather. Yoga? Bring a mat if you have one. And most importantly, bring your curiosity and sense of adventure.
