  • Every adventure is designed to be inclusive and empowering. You’ll always have options — alternative routes, modified distances, or rest days. The goal isn’t perfection or pace; it’s presence and participation. I’ll help you find your own rhythm so you can enjoy every moment, whether it’s on the trail or in stillness.

  • A base level of fitness is required for all adventures — meaning you can comfortably walk or hike for several hours.

Each tour has its own fitness and technicality rating.

We can chat about your current fitness level and how to prepare; I’ll share training tips to help you feel strong and ready when we go.
