Join Coach K every Friday for 6 weeks for a powerful 90-minute 9D Online Breathwork Journey — a guided experience designed to help you drop out of the mind and back into the body.

This is breathwork for transformation: releasing stress, clearing emotional weight, and reconnecting to your strength, clarity and inner calm.

Each journey is different and may include themes such as:

  • nervous system regulation + reset

  • letting go of stress / anxiety / overwhelm

  • emotional release + integration

  • clarity, confidence, self-trust

  • intention setting + embodiment

This is a deeply supportive space where you can breathe, feel, release, and come home to yourself.

What to expect

  • grounding + intention setting

  • guided breathwork journey with music

  • somatic cues + coaching throughout

  • integration + closing

What you need

  • quiet uninterrupted space (90 minutes)

  • yoga mat / blanket

  • pillow / eye mask (recommended)

  • water + tissues

  • headphones or speaker for music (best experience)

  • optional journal for after


How to Join


Important notes

  • Please ensure you are not driving and will not be interrupted during the session

  • Breathwork is intense and can be emotional — honour your body and opt out at any time

  • Participation requires a signed waiver
