Level - From difficulty this is a level 3 Tour, due to a couple tour days. 
We are always above 2000 metres which means a lot of rock but very walkable trails
Terrain/ Technical - level 2-3 - a couple sections are very rocky with scree
Fitness - Good fitness required
Mountain hiking experience -  recommended
Sure footedness and good hiking boots required

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Arrival - MEET UP AT HOTEL 11am KICK OFF
- Shuttle Package Available - Innsbruck return 80-170 Euros (depending on the number of people)
We start our day with a light lunch if needed - Mountain meet and greet along with our first hike, a moderate intensity hike - 4.5 hours followed by a 90 min Grounding/ Intention Yoga Session. What could be better than a 4 course dinner to end our day with friends and fresh local cuisine.
This hiking tour to the Toni Demetz Hut that is right outside the hotel, of about 2-3 hours provides a good short welcome hike with stunning views and a hut stop.  Perhaps a Beer, Strudel and Espresso, or a pasta bolognese. We return the same way as we came out with a different view and Yoga to look forward to on our return.

Day 2 - Langkofel Panorama Route -
3 HUTS TRAIL!

Good morning from Sella Pass! We start our day with a 7am 60 min Mountain Fusion Mix ..Breakfast at 8am and take off at 9am.
Starting from the hotel, the almost flat track leads us after about 2.2 km to the Emilio-Comici-Hütte we the follow path right under the rock falls of the Langkofels and up to the Langkofelhütte (2.252 m). The hut is located at an altitude of 2337 m and about 6km into our hike. Here we can be pampered in the cozy room with regional specialties for a light lunch. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Alpe di Siusi from here. We continue on trail 525 over scree and numerous hairpin bends steeply up to the Toni Demetz hut (2,679 m) our highest point. Then we leave the rest stop behind us and follow the hairpin bends downhill to the so-called Stone Town . The rocks were created from a rockfall in the Sassolungo hundreds of years ago. Shortly afterwards we return back to our hotel feeling lit up and satisfied from one stunner of a route. Late afternoon Karrie will feel out the vibe for a 60 min outdoor restorative yoga OR Vinyasa Flow for hikers OR Hang out in the Spa

Day 3 - Crespeina Lake and the Jimmy Hut!
7:00 Hikers Flow 
Hike across the Vallunga valley to the Cir PeaksThe round tour takes across the beautiful Crespëina High Plateau in the Puez-Odle Nature Park.The first section takes us across the fantastic Vallunga, on a pleasant hiking trail with a great view on the Stevia rockface and the Puez Group on the left, as well as the Chedul Mountains and Mt Col Turon on the right side of the valley. At the head of the valley, a narrow and exhausting trail takes us up to the Forcella de Ciampac, located 600 m higher.  We then  continue across the Crespëina High Plateau and walk towards the Crespëina saddle.  We walk by the fantastic Lake Crespëina (2,374 m ), then again the way up to the cross at the highest point. Here we enjoy an overwhelming view on the Cir Peaks and the Mont de Seura.   A breathtaking scenery!
We continue our walk  towards Passo Gardena,  to the Jimmy mountain hut (2,220 m ). From this hut we walk up to the Dantercepies Cable Car, which takes us down to Selva Gardena/Wolkenstein. This is a challenging tour but such a diversity of lush green, beautiful lake and rocky jutting peaks. 
Please note: on the above mentioned course, there are no mountain huts or possibilities to stop until you reach the Jimmy mountain hut. So we highly recommend you to take beverages and food with you in your rucksack!

Day 4 -Marmolata - Panorama Trail - Moderate7:30 - 1 hr. Trail goers Flow - Sun Salutations  - Chest opening, hip opening 
8:30 Breakfast  9:30 take off - Bus or Gregson Transport to Pass Pordoi 
A moderately challenging stunning trail with views of the Maromolata the whole way- as well as Lake Fedaia …This is an out and back trail- but well worth it for the PANORAMA10km/ 500m ⬆ 3-4 hours  return to hotel by 15:00.    Restorative Yoga 16:00 or SPA.  Dinner 19:00


Day 5 - PIZ BOE - 3152m HIGHEST PEAK OF THE TRIP! Bizarre rock formation! Depending on weather we may do our Yoga Flow indoor before Hike.
6:30am Yoga Yin and Tonic
Breakfast at 7:30 and take off 8:45 . We will be transferred a few kilometres away to the start of our trail.
Piz Boè is the highest  of the Sella Group mountain-range in the Dolomites.. It has an elevation of 3,152 metres (10,341 ft). ... Due to its location, most of the major Dolomiten peaks are visible from its summit.
The 3,152 m high Piz Boé summit is part of the Sella Group and it is known to be one the easiest summits to climb which are higher than 3,000 metres. We come to a steep scree slope near the top. As we keep climbing up, we can enjoy the view on the Dolomites between the Alta Badia, the village of Alleghe, the Val di Fassa valley and the Alpe di Siusi, including the Fanes peaks, the Marmolada with Mt. Punta di Penia, the Catinaccio and Mt. Sassolungo. At the top its a Mushroom Polenta to delight us before we descend to the Sass Pordoi Gondola.
Mt. Piz Boè marks the border between the provinces Bolzano, Trento and Belluno.

Distance: 5 km Total time: 2.5 Hours
Ascent: 400 m⬆/Descent: 400 m
Highest point: 3152 m

Day 6 - PLAY DAY of your choice
There will be a 75-90min  Yoga Class at 4pm to get the juices flowin and hunger revving for Dinner
Here are a few options to choose from:
Via Ferrata with Mountain Guide
Paragliding
Hike or cable car down to Canazei Village and back
Relax at Hotel- WINE TASTING 

Day 7 - Pisciadu hut and Lake! New Highlight  Hike!
7:00 Hikers Flow 
The hike starts at the top of the Gardena Pass,  From there, the trail follows a wide and well-marked path that winds its way up the mountain, offering incredible views of the surrounding peaks.
The trail is well-maintained and not too steep, so it is suitable for most hikers with a moderate level of fitness.

After about an hour of hiking, you will reach the Rifugio Pisciadù, a cozy mountain hut . This is a good place to take a break and refuel before continuing on to the lake.
From the hut, the trail becomes steeper and more rugged as it leads you up to the stunning Pisciadù Lake,   2,580 meters. The lake is surrounded by towering mountains and is known for its crystal-clear waters.After spending some time at the lake, we will either retrace our steps or take the alternate slightly longer route back. Overall,  a breathtaking experience that showcases the natural beauty of the Dolomites.

Day 8 - Closing day
 Special Outdoor 60 min Closing of the Book Yoga  - More details to be announced
 transfer back to Innsbruck late morning
