Level of Difficulty
Level 1 - Easy Tours without much difficulty...* These can be booked privately
Level 2 - Moderate - Tours with somewhat longer hiking sections up to 4 hours, mostly on clear wider paths and trails in safe areas. The physical intensity is moderate to somewhat hard.
Level 3 - Somewhat Hard to Hard - Hiking Tours with daily stages up to 6-7 hours with max 1400m in clear trail area. There is in some parts more advanced sections. The preparation for such a tour should be 2-3 x per week.
Level 4 - Hard - Advanced hiking with stages up to 8 hours and max 1600-1700m. Somewhat strong physically and mentally. The stages are long, steep and sometimes lead through small trails or sections with fixed rope. Good footing is necessary. To prepare for such a Tour, you should be training a minimal of 2-4x per week.
Level 5 - VERY HARD with Technical sections - Challenging Tours with long day stages up to 10 hours or more. Excellent physical condition and mental strength are necessary. To prepare you should train 3-6x per week.
